"The product is great and it’s exactly like pictured. The best part of my transaction was a customer service. My order was delayed in the mail, USPS really dropped the ball on it. But the customer service at Brick’s Mason always kept me updated with information and tracking numbers. Several emails exchanged between us, they were able to locate, find what was going on, solve the problem and even predict the exact time the package would arrive. That is excellent customer service to answer all and every question in a professional and courteous manner taking full responsibility for the delay even though it had nothing to do with them, and everything to do with USPS. Great company, quality products, excellent customer service. You can’t go wrong with this company!"
